తుంగభద్ర ఉత్తర తీరం నుండీ వైనగంగ- పెన్‌గంగ- దక్షిణతీరం వరకూ ఝరాసంగమం నుండి భద్రాచలం వరకూ విస్తరించి ఉన్న భౌగోళిక స్వరూపం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం! కృష్ణాగోదావరీ నదులు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల సనాతన ప్రగతిగతికి ప్రత్యక్ష సాక్ష్యాలు! ఈ భౌగోళిక స్వరూపానికి ప్రతీక ‘తెలంగాణ తల్లి’. ఈ భౌగోళిక స్వరూపంలోని పుట్టకు చెట్టుకు గట్టుకు చెరువుగట్టుకు, సనాతన సాంస్కృతిక సుగంధాలతో గుబాళిస్తున్న ఈ మట్టి కణాలకు తెలంగాణ తల్లి వెలుగుల రూపం. తెలంగాణ తల్లికి ప్రణమిల్లడం తెలంగాణ భూమాతృ సమార్చనం! ఈ భూమి నుండి బంగారం పండడమే ‘బంగారపు’తెలంగాణ... ఈ భూమి సతతహరిత శోభలతో అలరారడమే ముఖ్యమంత్రి కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖరరావు చెప్పిన ‘ఆకుపచ్చని’ తెలంగాణ! తెలంగాణ భూమికి విస్తృతి భరతభూమి, తెలంగాణ తల్లిని పూజించడం భరతమాతను పూజించడం...

భూమినుండి లభిస్తున్న ఆహారం ఇతర సంపద నిజమైన ప్రగతికి మూల భూభూతమైనవి. భూమిని పరిరక్షించడం ప్రగతి సాధనకు అనివార్యం. తెలంగాణ ధాన్యాగారం మాత్రమేకాదని, విత్తనాల భాండాగారం కావాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆకాంక్షించారు! పంటలను పండించడానికి అవసరమయ్యే విత్తనాలను పండించడానికి దేశంలోనేకాక ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యంత అనువైన ప్రాంతం తెలంగాణ, అని వ్యవసాయ శాస్తవ్రేత్తలు నిర్ధారించినట్టు తొలి ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేసిన తొలి రోజునే వెల్లడించాడు! అందువల్ల విత్తనాలను పండించే బృహత్ వ్యవసాయ క్షేత్రంగా తెలంగాణను రూపొందించినట్టయితే ప్రజల జీవితం అభ్యుదయ సువర్ణశోభలను సంతరించుకొంటుంది! అందుకంటె ధాన్యం, పంటలను పండించడం కంటె పంటలను పండించడానికి అనివార్యమైన విత్తనాలను ఉత్పత్తిచేయడం వల్ల రైతులకు, వ్యవసాయ శ్రామికులకు లాభాలు ఇబ్బడిముబ్బడిగా పెరుగుతాయి. ఇప్పటికే మన దేశానికి అవసరవౌతున్న విత్తనాలలో నలబయి శాతం ‘తెలంగాణ’లో ఉత్పత్తిచేస్తున్నారట! తెలంగాణ విత్తనాల భాండాగారమైనట్టయితే విదేశాలకు సైతం విత్తనాలను భారీగా ఎగుమతి చేయవచ్చు!

ఇప్పటికీ తెలంగాణలో దాదాపు ఎనబయి నాలుగు ‘కంపెనీ’లు విత్తనాలను ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తున్నాయట! అందువల్ల దేశ అవసరాలలో నలబయి శాతం తెలంగాణ వ్యవసాయ క్షేత్రాలు తీరుస్తున్నప్పటికీ రైతులకు ఒనగూడిన ప్రయోజనం లేదు. లాభాలను ఈ వాణిజ్య సంస్థలు బొక్కేస్తున్నాయి! మెన్‌సాంటో వంటి విదేశీయ వాణిజ్య సంస్థలు ‘బిటి’ పత్తి విత్తనాలను అనేక ఏళ్లపాటు తెలంగాణ రైతులకు అత్యధిక ధరలకు అమ్మి లాభాలను దోచుకున్నాయి! ఇప్పుడు కూడ దోచుకుంటూనే ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ‘బహుళ జాతీయ వాణిజ్య సంస్థల’ను విత్తనాలను ఉత్పత్తిచేయకుండా, విదేశాలనుండి తెచ్చి అమ్మకుండా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం నిరోధించినప్పుడు మాత్రమే బంగారు తెలంగాణ సాకారం అయ్యేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంది.

వెయ్యి ఎకరాలలో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా విత్తనాలను ఈఏడు పండిస్తున్నట్టు కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఇందుకోసం రైతులకు వ్యవసాయ వ్యయంలో డెబ్బయిఐదు శాతం సబ్సిడీనిస్తారట! కానీ రైతులు వేల ఎకరాలలోను విదేశీయ సంస్థలు లక్షల ఎకరాలలోను సమాంతరంగా పండించడంవల్ల తెలంగాణ ప్రజల బతుకులు బంగారు మయం కాజాలవు! విదేశీయులైన ‘ఘరానా’ దోపిడీదారులు ఇక్కడ విత్తనాలు అమ్మకుండా ఉత్పత్తిచేయకుండా నిషేధించినప్పుడు మాత్రమే తెలంగాణ విత్తనాల భాండాగారం కాగలదు! పత్తికాయ నుండి పురుగును వెళ్లగొట్టాలి... వ్యవసాయం నుండి ‘మల్టీనేషనల్ కంపెనీ’లను వెళ్లగొట్టాలి. రైతులకు ఋణ విముక్తి కల్పించడానికి కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ఇరవై ఆరు వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చుచేయాలి! విముక్తి పొందిన రైతులను మళ్లీ ఋణగ్రస్తులు కాకుండా నిరోధించాలంటే ‘బిటి’, ‘జిఎమ్’ పంటలను, బహుళ జాతీయ సంస్థల ఎరువులను విత్తనాలను క్రమంగా నిషేధించి, దశలవారీగా సంప్రదాయ, సేంద్రియ వ్యవసాయాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించాలి! ఆవుల ప్రాణాలు, అడవుల పచ్చదనం రక్షణ పొందగలిగినప్పుడే సేంద్రియ వ్యవసాయం వృద్ధిపొందుతుంది! ఆరోగ్యకరమైన విత్తనాలు, ఆహార ఉత్పత్తులు బంగారపు తెలంగాణకు బాటలు! ప్రజలు భూమిపుత్రులు, సమాజం భూదేవి సంతానం... భూమి బందీ అయినప్పుడు ప్రజల బతుకులు కూడ బందీ అవుతున్నాయి.

తెలంగాణ భౌగోళిక స్వరూప స్వభావాలకు ఇలా తెలంగాణ తల్లి ప్రతీక! ఈ తల్లి భూదేవికి ప్రతిబింబం. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల భాష తెలుగు భాష... తెలుగు భాష తెలుగుల ఆచార పద్ధతులు జీవనరీతులు తెలుగు సాహిత్యం తెలుగు అక్షరాలు తెలంగాణ గడ్డపై అతి ప్రాచీన కాలంనుండి వికసించాయి! అందువల్ల తెలుగుతనం తెలంగాణ ప్రజల తరతరాల వారసత్వం! కన్నడ భాష తెలుగు భాష కలిసి ఉన్న రోజులు చరిత్రలో ఉన్నాయి. ఈ రెండు భాషలకు మూలమైన ప్రాకృత భాషను మాట్లాడిన రోజులున్నాయి. ఆ ప్రాకృత భాషకు మూలమైన మరో ప్రాకృత భాష ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు! సృష్ట్యాదిగా ప్రజలు మాట్లాడిన భాషకు మాట్లాడుతూ వచ్చిన భాషకు చివరి రూపాంతరం నేటి మన తెలుగు! ఈ తెలుగు కన్నడం కలసిన భాష రెండుగా విడివడినప్పుడు కన్నడ తెలుగు భూభాగాలు కలసినచోటనే మొదట తెలుగు వికసించింది, తూర్పుగా విస్తరించింది! ‘నాగబు’అన్న మొదటి తెలుగు పదం పుట్టినది కూడ తెలంగాణ పరిసరాలలోనే... అందువల్ల తెలుగుభాష తెలంగాణ వారిది. శబ్దానికి విగ్రహరూపం ‘అక్షరం’. భావానికి విగ్రహరూపం ‘్భష’. మన సమష్టి భావజాలానికి మన తరతరాల జీవన అభివ్యక్తికి మాధ్యమం భాష! తెలంగాణ సమష్టి భావజాలానికి విగ్రహం తెలుగుభాష! ఈ తెలుగు భాషకు, తెలుగు వాఙ్మయానికి, తెలుగుభాషా సరస్వతికి విగ్రహరూపం తెలుగుతల్లి... అందువల్ల తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు ‘తెలంగాణతల్లి’తోపాటు, ‘తెలుగుతల్లి’కూడ ఆరాధ్య.... తెలంగాణ తల్లి భౌగోళిక ప్రతీక, భూమాత రూపం, తెలుగుతల్లి భాషా వాఙ్మయాలకు ప్రతీక, భాష ద్వారా ఆవిష్కృతవౌతున్న భావానికి ప్రతీక, సరస్వతీ మాత రూపం! అందువల్ల తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రమే కాదు, ప్రజలందరూ ‘తెలుగుతల్లి’ని ‘తెలంగాణ తల్లి’ని సమానంగా పూజించాలి! ఒక తల్లి తెలంగాణ ప్రజల స్వభావం, మరో తల్లి తెలంగాణ ప్రజల స్వరూపం...ఒకరు సరస్వతి, మరొకరు దివ్యధాత్రి! రాజధాని నగరంలో తెలుగుతల్లి, తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహాలు రెండూ ఉన్నాయి. రెండింటినీ పూజించడం పరిరక్షించడం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల ప్రగతికీ సుగతికీ సోపానం... సకల దేవతారాధన సనాతన భారత జాతీయ సంస్కృతిలో అవిభాజ్యం!

భారత జాతీయ భౌగోళిక సాంస్కృతిక స్వరూప స్వభావాలలో వివిధ ప్రాంతీయ భౌగోళిక సంప్రదాయాలు భాగం! అందువల్ల సకల దేవీదేవతామూర్తుల సమర్చనం పరమదేవత అయిన భారతమాతృ సమారాధనలో భాగం....

తెలుగు భాష తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకూ, అవశేష ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రజలకూ మాత్రమేకాదు ప్రవాస తెలుగు ప్రజలకు కూడ సమాన మాధ్యమం! సమాన వారసత్వం! తెలుగు సాహితీ స్రవంతులు ఉభయ రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజల భావ సమైక్యతకు వారధులు... తెలుగులో రామాయణ కావ్యం మొదట అవతరించింది తెలంగాణ గడ్డమీద! మహాభారత రచనకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది అవశేషాంధ్రప్రదేశ్ నేలమీద... మహాభాగవతం ఓరుగల్లులో వికసించింది, ప్రబంధ సాహిత్యం హంపీ విజయనగరంలో పల్లవించింది! తెలుగు సాహిత్య పరిమళం మాత్రం తెలుగునేల నలుచెరగులా విస్తరించింది. అందువల్ల తెలుగు సాహిత్య వారసత్వం రెండు రాష్ట్రాలకూ సమానం! ‘‘మా తెలుగుతల్లికి మల్లెపూదండ’’ గీతం ఉభయ రాష్ట్రాలకూ ఉమ్మడి రాష్టగ్రీతంగా కొనసాగినందువల్ల ప్రమాదం లేదు! ‘తెలుగు’పై తెలంగాణకు సమాన హక్కులున్నాయి. తెలుగును పరిరక్షించడంలో కూడ అవశేష ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌తోపాటు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి సమాన బాధ్యత ఉంది! ‘మా తెలుగుతల్లికి మల్లెపూదండ’ను శంకరంబాడి సుందరాచారి రచించే నాటికి క్రీస్తుశకం 1942నాటికి, తెలుగువారికి భౌగోళికమైన సరిహద్దులు లేవు! తెలుగుభాష కాని తెలుగుతల్లిని కీర్తించిన ఈ పాట కాని భౌగోళిక పరిధిలో బందీకారాదు!! రెండు రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలేకాక ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలలో, ఇతర దేశాలలో ఉన్న తెలుగువారు సైతం ‘‘మా తెలుగుతల్లికి మల్లెపూదండ’’ను పాడే సంప్రదాయాన్ని కొనసాగించాలి! ఇతర గీతాలను- ఉద్యమ గీతాలను ప్రబోధ గీతాలను ఆకాంక్షా గీతాలను, అభ్యుదయ గీతాలను, సాంస్కృతిక గీతాలను కూడ పాడుకోవాలి...

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర రాజముద్రలో తప్పులు దొర్లినట్టు ప్రచారమైంది. ‘సత్యమేవజయ తే’అన్న ధ్యేయవాక్యం ఉండవలసిన స్థానంలో లేదట! దీన్ని సవరించుకోవడం సులభం! కాకతీయ సామ్రాజ్య కీర్తితోరణమైన ద్వారాన్ని రాజముద్రలో ప్రధాన చిహ్నంగా ఏర్పాటుచేయడం సర్వమత సమభావస్ఫూర్తికి నిదర్శనం! కాకతీయుల సామ్రాజ్య రాజధాని ఓరుగల్లు మొత్తం తెలుగునేలకు మధ్యలో ఉండేది! ఇప్పటికీ ఎప్పటికీ కాకతీయ సామ్రాజ్య గరిమ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకే కాదు, అవశేష ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వారికే కాదు భారతీయులందరికీ గర్వకారణం! ఈ జాతీయ స్ఫూర్తి కేంద్రాన్ని క్రీస్తుశకం 1323వ సంవత్సరంలో విదేశాలనుండి వచ్చిపడిన జిహాదీ బీభత్సకారులు ధ్వంసం చేశారు. ధ్వంసమైన కాకతీయ సామ్రాజ్యం సర్వమత సమాన రాజ్యాంగ వ్యవస్థకు ప్రతీక! ధ్వంసంచేసిన వారు ఏకమత రాజ్యాంగ వ్యవస్థాపకులు, ఇతర మతాల పొడగిట్టని మతోన్మాదులు! ఈ మతోన్మాదులు కాకతీయ సామ్రాజ్యం ధ్వంసమైన నాటినుంచి ఆరువందల ఇరవై అయిదేళ్లపాటు ఈ ఏకమతోన్మాదులు తెలంగాణను ‘‘పాలించడం’’ చరిత్ర. ఈ మతోన్మాద చరిత్రకు పరాకాష్ఠ 1948లో అంతరించిన ‘నిజాం’పాలన! ఈ ‘పాలన’కు ప్రతిరూపం చార్మినార్... అందువల్ల కాకతీయ చిహ్నంతోపాటు ‘నిజాం’ల చిహ్నాన్ని కూడ ‘రాజముద్ర’లో ప్రతిష్ఠించడం ‘నిజాం’ల దమనకాండకు బలైన తెలంగాణ ప్రజల అభీష్టానికి వ్యతిరేకం! ఆవునూ, గోమాయువును ఒకేచోట...?!

ముజఫర్ నగర్ , ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్ లో జరిగిన మత ఘర్షణల నేపథ్యాన్ని చూస్తే గత కొన్ని రోజులగా పట్టణం లో జరిగిన సంఘటనలు , ఒక ఈవ్ టీసింగ్ ఘటన మరియు ఒక యుటుబ్ వీడియో మాత్రమే కారణం కాగలవ ? అన్న సంశయం అందరికి వస్తుంది , దానికి సమాధానం కోసం  గత సంవత్సర కాలంగా ముజఫర్ నగర్ పట్టణం లో జరిగిన వరుస అత్యాచారాలు వాటిని సమర్థిస్తూ చేసిన రాజకీయం లాంటి అంశాలను చూడాల్సిఉంది .

• 30-Aug-2013 : శుక్రవార ప్రార్థన ల అనతరం అల్లరిముక ల భారి సమూహం షహీద్ చౌక్ లో సమావేశమయి అటుగా వెళ్తున్న మహిళా భక్తుల పై దాడి చేయడం జరిగింది .
• 31-Aug-2013 : నంగల మందౌద్ పంచాయితీలో దాదాపు 40,000 మంది సమావేశమయ్యారు , ఖతిమ రోడు లో కారులో వెళ్తున్న ఒక కుటుంబం పై దాడి జరిగింది , కారు దగ్దం చేయబడింది .
• 01-Sep-2013 : దాడికి గురైన కుటుంబం ఆత్మాహుతి హెచ్చరికలతో , షహీద్ చౌక్ సమావేశంలో రెచ్చగొట్టే ఉపన్యాసాలు ఇచ్చిన ఇద్దరు నాయకులో FIR నమోదు చేయడం జరిగింది .
• 02-Sep-2013 : సంఝాక్ మరియు తివ్తి లలో దేవాలయాల గోడలు ద్వంసం చేయబడ్డాయి , BJP ముజఫర్ నగర్ బందు కు పిలుపునిచ్చింది .
• 03-Sep-2013 : కావాల్ లో జరిగింది అంటూ చేసిన అసత్యపు విడియో ప్రచారామ్ పై పొలిసు కేసు నమోదు చేయబడింది , శామ్లి నగరం లో హింస చేల రేగింది .
• 04-Sep-2013 : ముజఫర్ నగర్ లో చెదురు-మదురు హింసాత్మక సంఘటనలు జరిగాయి .
• 05-Sep-2013 : ముజఫర్ నగర్ జిల్లా మహా బందుకు ఖప్ పంచాయితీ (అక్కడి జాట్ తెగకు సంబందిచి అత్యన్నత నిర్ణాయక మండలి ) పిలుపు నివ్వడం జరిగింది , తేది 07-Sep-2013 న నగ్నల మండుర్ లో " భాహు బేటి సమాన్ బచాయో మహా పంచాయితీ " నిర్వహించ నోతున్నట్లు ప్రకటించడం జరిగింది .
• 07-Sep-2013 : ముందుగా ప్రకటించిన విధంగానే నగ్నల మండుర్ లో " భాహు బేటి సమాన్ బచాయో మహా పంచాయితీ " నిర్వహించబడినది , దాదాపు లక్షా ఇరవై వేల మంది దీనిలో పాల్గొన్నారు , పాల్గొని తిరిగి వెళ్తున్న వారి పై దాడులు జరిగాయి .
• ముజఫర్ నగర్ లో కాల్పులు జరిగాయి , హింసాయుత వాతావరణం నెలకొని ఉండటంతో సైన్యం కర్ప్యు విధించింది , ఇప్పటి వరకు జరిగిన ఘటనలో దాదాపు 30 మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు .

1. It is being PUBLICIZED that Akbaruddin abused Hindus and gods during speech in Adilabad just because petition is filed giving instance of Adilabad speech whereas he has been doing it regularly and repeatedly in all speeches given in different parts of A.P, Maharashtra and Karnataka even in the assembly in pres

ence of CM and all other MLAs but no Secular (anti Hindu) politician uttered a word.

2.  It is being stated that action must be taken against Akbaruddin Owaisi but the question is why only Akbaruddin? Speech was not given in alone in his constituency. It was given in more than 10 different places beyond his constituency to spread the ideology of MIM.These speeches were given in presence of several MIM top brass leaders and MLA. These speeches were given under leadership, guidance and consent of MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on behalf of MIM with strategic planning of entire MIM leadership. Hence, entire MIM must be banned with all 7 MLA and the MP be punished with death sentence.

  3. MIM chief is a lawyer and fully conversant with law, still he has deliberately violated not only law but organized speeches never heard in history of entire mankind. The speech outbeats the Nazis, Hitler, Maoists, Osama, Geelani, Khomeneni, Dawood with call to wipe out 100 crore Hindus openly waging a war against the majority, still half hearted FIR under IPC is booked after pressure. Why not in National security act?. The offence is much bigger than that of Kasab or any terrorist attack witnessed in Indian history. All these 8 (MIM MLA and MP) culprits must be given death sentence, till such time banned from public life immediately before things go out of control.

4.  The meaning of secularism has been so much twisted in India that anything that is pro Hindu or not favoring minority community is termed communal. This is to an extent that Hindu making even a peaceful comment or suggestion purely for upliftment of Hindu community without even affecting minority community is termed as communal and chased by media with frenzy. Thought of being termed communal on any comment against a person belonging to minority community (even if the matter does not related to religion) makes many leaders, citizen watch helplessly even to the extent of keeping quite on anti national speeches.    

5. Hindu bashing has become order of the day and highly fashionable among large section of media and politicians to woo the minority vote bank. Not even a single political leader from any "Secular - pro muslim party" has made protest till now. We have already given 25% of the country in partition on name of Religion but cannot afford to give away further area.

It is time to convert Anti Hindu secular state to "RAM RAJYA" FOR PROTECTION OF OUR FUTURE - A place where people of all sects are treated with respect- a true Hindu ideology.   Let us call for referendum to amend constitution to make 'SECULAR" India into " Ram RAJYA" a truly peaceful place to live in. Forward it to every corner of the country to awaken hindu brothers.

ధ్వంసమవుతున్న హిందూ దేవాలయాలు - హెబ్బార్ గారి ప్రత్యేక వ్యాసం

వివిధ దేశాలలోని అల్పసంఖ్యాక మతస్థులపై వారి ప్రార్థనా మందిరాలపై వారి అస్తిత్వ కేంద్రాలపై దాడులు జరుగుతుండడం అంతర్జాతీయ వైపరీత్యం! ఇలా దాడులు జరుగుతున్న ధరణీతలంలోని ఏ ప్రాంతంలో కూడ అధిక సంఖ్యాక మతస్థులపై కాని వారి ఆరాధనా స్థలాలపై కాని ఆయా జాతీయ స్ఫూర్తి కేంద్రాలపై కాని దాడులు జరగడం లేదు! ఇలా అల్పసంఖ్యాక మతస్థులు దురవస్థకు గురికావడం ఆయా దేశాలలోని అధిక సంఖ్యాకులలోని కొందరి
మతోన్మాదానికి మత విద్వేషానికి నిదర్శనం. కానీ మన దేశంలో మాత్రమే అధిక సంఖ్యాకులైన హిందువుల ఆలయాల విధ్వంసం జరుగుతోంది. ఇది జాతీయ వైపరీత్యం!! దీన్ని అల్పసంఖ్యాకులైన వారిలో కొందరి మతోన్మాదానికి మత విద్వేషానికి నిదర్శనంగా భావించాలి! ఈ వాస్తవాన్ని అంగీకరించడానికి ప్రభుత్వం కాని రాజకీయ వేత్తలు కాని సిద్ధంగాలేకపోవడం వైపరీత్యం! హిందువులు అధిక సంఖ్యాకులు మాత్రమేకాదు, అనాదిగా ఈ దేశంలోని స్వజాతీయులు. మధ్యలో పుట్టిన మతాలవల్ల కాని, గిట్టిన మతాలవల్ల కాని, కొత్తగా వచ్చిన మతాలవల్ల కాని ఏ దేశంలోను ‘స్వజాతీయత’ మారడం లేదు! మన దేశంలోను మారరాదు! ఈ వాస్తవాన్ని అంగీకరించడానికి కూడ రాజకీయవేత్తలు, కుహనా బుద్ధిజీవులు సిగ్గుపడుతుండడం మరోవైపరీత్యం! ఇప్పుడు రాష్ట్ర రాజధానిలోని హైందవ దేవాలయాలపై దాడులు నడుస్తున్నాయి. ఆలయాలలో పథకం ప్రకా రం దొంగతనాలు జరుగుతున్నట్టు అవి జరుగుతున్న తీరునుబట్టి బుర్రలో బుద్ధి ఉన్నవారికి స్పష్టంగా తెలిసిపోతుంది! గత నెలరోజులలో భాగ్యనగరంలోని పనె్నండు హైందవ దేవాలయాలు ధ్వంసమయ్యాయి. లేదా పాక్షికంగా దెబ్బతిన్నాయి.

వీటి సంఖ్య పద్దెనిమిది అని కూడ సమాచారం ప్రచారమైంది. పనె్నండు ఆలయాలు దాడులకు గురికావడం వెనుక వ్యూహం ఉంటుందన్నది స్పష్టం. అల్పసంఖ్యాక మతాల సామాన్య ప్రజలకు ఇందులో భాగం లేదు. కానీ ఈ వ్యూహంలో తీవ్రవాద కార్యకలాపాలకు ప్రధాన అడ్డాగా ఉన్న పొరుగుదేశం పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రేరిత బంగ్లాదేశ్‌లోని జిహాదీ బృందాల ప్రేరిత మతోన్మాదులు ఉన్నారా? అన్నది ‘నిఘా’ వ్యవస్థలో కనిపెట్టవలసిన అంశం. భారతదేశాన్ని బద్దలు కొట్టడమే తమ లక్ష్యమని పాకిస్తాన్‌లోని జిహాదీ ముఠాలు అనేకసార్లు ప్రకటించి ఉన్నాయి. ఇలా బద్దలుకొట్టడంలో భాగంగానే మన దేశంలో అనేక బీభత్స ఘటనలు జరిగాయి. వేలాది మంది హిందువులను పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రేరిత ‘జిహాదీ’లు హత్యచేశారు. 2008 నవంబర్ నాటి ముంబయి హత్యాకాండ తరువాత అంతర్జాతీయ సమాజపు ఒత్తిడులకు లొంగిన పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రభుత్వం వ్యూహం మార్చింది. భారతదేశంలోకాక తమ దేశాలలో హిందువులపై పెద్దఎత్తున దాడులు జరపడం ‘జిహాదీ’ హంతకులు మార్చుకున్న వ్యూహంలో భాగం! ఇందులోభాగంగానే జిహాదీలు బంగ్లాదేశ్‌లోను పాకిస్తాన్‌లోను మిగిలి ఉన్న హైందవ ఆలయాలను నేలమట్టం చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ నేలమట్టం చేసే కార్యక్రమాన్ని మన దేశానికి కూడ విస్తరించారా? చప్పుడు కాకుండా ప్రతిరోజు ఎన్ని హైందవ ఆలయాలను ధ్వంసం చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ ‘నిఘా’ యంత్రాంగాలు పసికట్టగలుగుతున్నాయా?? భాగ్యనగరంలోనే నెల రోజులలో ఇన్ని ఆలయాలపై దాడులు జరిగాయి. ఆలయాలలో దొంగతనాలు జరిగిపోయాయి. మరి మొత్తం దేశంలో ఏం జరుగుతోంది? ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగం, అధికార గణం ఎల్లప్పుడు అందుబాటులో ఉండే రాష్ట్ర రాజధానిలోనే ఆలయాలకు భ్రదత కరువైతే, మారు మూల ప్రాంతాల ఆలయాల పరిస్థితి ఏమిటి? రాష్ట్రంలో ఆ మాటకొస్తే దేశంలో లెక్కలేనన్ని చారిత్రక ఆలయాలున్నాయ. వాటికి రక్షణ ఎవరు. గుట్టుచప్పుడు కాకుండా జరుగుతున్న ఈ విధ్వంసాన్ని అడ్డుకునేదెవరు. ఇక రాష్ట్ర రాజధానిలో జరిగే ఆలయ విధ్వంసకాండ గురించిన సమాచారం మన రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ జిల్లాలకే తెలీదు! దేశం మొత్తంమీద జరిగే పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రేరిత ‘జిహాదీ’ కలాపాలు ప్రజలకు ఎలా తెలుస్తాయి??

జంట నగరాలలో ఒక దేవాలయంపై జరుగుతున్న దాడికి మరో దేవాలయంపై జరుగుతున్న దాడికి సంబంధం లేదని, పథకం ప్రకారం ఇవి జరగడం లేదని పోలీసులు ‘‘కనిపెట్టారు!’’ పథకం ప్రకారం ఈ మతోన్మాద కలాపాలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని అంగీకరిస్తే మత సామరస్యం దెబ్బతింటుందన్న భయం పోలీసులకు ఉండవచ్చు. తప్పులేదు. ఇవన్నీ చెదరుమదురు ఘటనలైనప్పుడు హిందూ ఆలయాలపై మాత్రమే ఎందుకని ఇలా దాడులు జరిగాయన్న ప్రశ్నకు సమాధానం చెప్పడం కూడ ప్రభుత్వంవారి బాధ్యత! దొరతనం వద్ద ఎలాంటి సమాధానం లేదు! జంటనగరాలలోని వివిధచోట్ల ప్రధానంగా పాతబస్తీలో దుండగులు రాళ్లురువ్వుతున్నారు. కాశ్మీర్ లోయలో గతంలో ఇలా రాళ్లకుప్పలు వెలిశాయి, ఆ కుప్పల నుండి దుండగులు రాళ్లుతీసుకొని భద్రతాదళాల మీద వర్షం కురిపించారు. ఈ రాళ్లు రువ్వే ఘటనలు జంటనగరాలకు వ్యాపించడం వెనుక కూడ ఎలాంటి పథకం లేదా? నగరం మధ్యలో నిలబడి వందలాది మంది దుండగులు రువ్వడానికి కావలసిన రాళ్లు ఎక్కడనుండి సరఫరా అవుతున్నాయి? ముషీరాబాద్‌లో దేవాలయంవద్ద రాళ్లు రువ్వారు. షాఆలిబండ బంగారు మైసమ్మ ఆలయంపై కూడ రాత్రి పూట అనేక గంటలపాటు రాళ్లు విసిరారు? రెండు దేవాలయాల మధ్య పది కిలోమీటర్ల దూరం ఉండవచ్చు. అక్కడా ఇక్కడా కూడ అదే దురాలోచన పుట్టడం రాళ్లురువ్వడం ‘పథకం’లో భాగమా కాదా?? భాగం కాదని కనిపెట్టడానికి పోలీసులకు దొరికిన ప్రాతిపదిక ఏమిటో?? పాకిస్తాన్ ప్రేరిత జిహాదీ ముఠాలు దేశమంతటా ఉన్నాయి. భాగ్యనగరంలోను ఉన్నాయి!! ఉన్నాయని గత చరిత్ర నిరూపించింది!! ఈమధ్యకాలంలో ఈ ముఠాలను ప్రభుత్వంవారు ఏరిపారేశారా?? పథకం ఆ ముఠాలది కావచ్చు కదా?? మత సామరస్యం అంటే ఈ దేశాన్ని మాతృభూమిగా భావించే స్వజాతిలోని వివిధ మతాలమధ్య పరస్పర ప్రేమ, అవగాహన! పాకిస్తాన్‌లో మన దేశాన్ని బద్దలుకొట్టడానికి కుట్రచేస్తున్న జిహాదీ తండాలకు, ఇక్కడ ఉన్నవారి అనుచరులకూ ఈ దేశ ప్రజలలో మత సామరస్యం ఎలా కుదురుతుంది?? కుదరదని ఆలయాలను ధ్వంసం చేస్తున్న జిహాదీ ఉన్మాదులు నిరూపించడం లేదా?? ఇకముందైనా ఆలయాల మీద దాడులు జరగకుండా నిరోధించడం పోలీసుల విధి, ప్రభుత్వ కర్తవ్యం. అప్పుడు ‘పథకం ప్రకారం’ దాడులు జరిగాయా? ‘పథకం లేకుండా’ దాడులు జరిగాయా అన్న ప్రశ్నలు పుట్టవు! ఇలా నిరోధించడం క్రీస్తుశకం 712నుంచి కూడ ఈ దేశంలోని ప్రభుత్వాలకు సాధ్యం కాలేదన్నది చరిత్ర నిరూపించిన వాస్తవం! మరి ఆలయాలకు దిక్కెవ్వరు...??

గత నెల ఐదవ తేదీన జంట నగరాలలోని ఉప్పుగూడ ప్రాంతంలోని మంగళ ముఖ హునుమాన్ మందిరంపై దాడి జరిగింది. ఈనెల ఐదవ తేదీన బంగారు మైసమ్మ ఆలయంపై దాడి జరిగింది. ఈ మధ్యకాలంలో అనేక ఆలయాలలో దొంగతనాలు దోపిడీలు జరిగిపోయాయి. ఇదంతా పథకం ప్రకారం కాకుండా పనిలేని అల్లరిమూకలు ఎవరికివారు తమాషాకి జరిపిస్తున్న వ్యవహారమా? పథకం ఉందని ఒప్పుకున్నట్టయితే భగ్నం ఎందుకు చేయలేదన్న ప్రశ్న పుట్టుకువస్తుంది. అందువల్ల ‘‘పథకమే లేదని’’ ప్రకటించడం సులభమైన పని. గత నెల 11వ తేదీన లాల్‌దర్వాజావద్ద గల సింహవాహినీ మహంకాళిదేవీ ఆలయంలో జరిగిన చోరీ పథకం లేకుండా జరిగి ఉంటుందా?? అమ్మవారి కిరీటం, బంగారు ప్రభ, వజ్రపు తిలకం, స్వర్ణమయ పాదాలు అపహరణకు గురిఅయ్యాయట! వజ్రపు తిలకం విలువ కోటి రూపాయలకు పైగా ఉంటుందని స్థానికులు చెబుతున్నారు? ఆ బొట్టుకు ఘనమైన చరిత్ర ఉంది. ముచికుందా నది వరదలలో భాగ్యనగరం కొట్టుకొని పోకుండా రక్షించినందుకు ఏడవ నిజాం నవాబు ఉస్మాన్ అలీఖాన్ అమ్మవారికి ఈ వజ్రపు తిలకాన్ని సమర్పించాడట! ఇలాంటి చారిత్రక ఆలయ ఆభరణాలను కొల్లగొట్టినవారు విస్తృత విధ్వంసక పథకంలో భాగస్వాములు కాని చిల్లర దొంగలా?? ఇలా వరుసగా నెల లోపల పద్దెనిమిది ఆలయాలపై దాడులు కానీ, వాటిలో దొంగతనాలు జరిగిన సంగతి భాగ్యనగర వాసులకే తెలియదు!!

పదేళ్ల క్రితం అఫ్ఘానిస్తాన్‌లో తాలిబన్లు బుద్ధుని విగ్రహాలను ధ్వంసం చేశారు. ఐదువారాల క్రితం బంగ్లాదేశ్‌లో ఎనిమిది హైందవ ఆలయాలను జిహాదీలు ధ్వంసం చేశారు! పాకిస్తాన్‌లోని కరాచీలో ఒక హైందవ దేవాలయాన్ని సెప్టెంబరు నెలలో దుండగులు ధ్వంసంచేశారు. కాశ్మీర్ లోయలో క్రీస్తుశకం 1947లో ఎన్ని హిందూ ఆలయాలు ఉండేవి?? ఇప్పుడెన్ని ఉన్నాయి?? 712లో మహమ్మద్ బిన్ కాశిమ్ అనే బీభత్సకారుడు సింధులోని దేవల పట్టణంలోకి చొరబడిన నాటికి, సింధులో ఎన్ని ఆలయాలు ఉన్నాయి?? ఇప్పుడెన్ని ఉన్నాయి. పాకిస్తాన్‌గా బంగ్లాదేశ్‌గా ఏర్పడిన అఖండ భారత భూభాగంలో మహమ్మద్ బిన్ కాశిమ్ కాలంనాటికి ఉన్న ఆలయాలు ఎన్ని?? ఇప్పుడున్నవి ఎన్ని?? 712 నుండి 1947 వరకు కొనసాగిన అఖండ భారత చరిత్రలో ఆలయ విధ్వంసం ప్రధాన వైపరీత్యం! గజనీ, ఘోరీ, ఖిల్జీ, తుగ్లక్ ముఘల్ పేర్లతో చెలామణి అయిన బీభత్సకారులు ఎన్నివేల ఆలయాలను ధ్వంసం చేశారు?? ఔరంగజేబు అనేవాడు పరిపాలకుని ముసుగువేసుకున్న బీభత్సకారుడు. ఆలయ విధ్వంసంకోసం అతగాడు ఒక ప్రత్యేక సైనిక విభాగాన్ని ఏర్పరచడం చారిత్రక సత్యం!!

క్రీస్తు శకం 712నుండి నిరంతరాయంగా అమలుజరుగుతున్న ఆలయ విధ్వంసక పథకంలో ఇప్పుడు భాగ్యనగరంలో జరిగిన దాడులు భాగం... కాదనడం సత్యాన్ని సత్యంగా అంగీకరించకపోవడం!!

పైగా అస్సామీలు తమ ప్రాణ మాన రక్షణకై తమ గృహాలను వదిలి పారిపోయారు దాదాపు రెండు డజన్ల రైళ్ళు ఆపివేయబడ్డాయి , ప్రయాణికులు దోచుకోబడ్డారు ఐదు వందల గ్రామాలలో ఇళ్ళు అగ్నికి ఆహుతి చేయబడ్డాయి .

అలా ఎందుకు జరిగింది ?

వాస్తవానికి అస్సాం లో ఇప్పుడు జరిగిన అల్లర్లకు  నేపథ్యం చరిత్రలోనే ఉంది , బంగ్లాదేశ్ నుండి అక్రమంగా చొరబడిన ముస్లింలు వారి ఆర్ధిక , సామాజిక ప్రయోజనాల అన్వేషణలో ఇక్కడి భూమి పుత్రుల పై దాడులు చేసారు , దీన్ని ఖచ్చింతంగా బంగ్లదేసి ప్రభుత్వం మద్దతు తెలుపుందనే విషయం స్పష్టం ఎందుకంటే గత కొన్ని సంవత్సరాలుగా ఒక్క బుల్లెట్ ని కూడా పెల్చకుండా దాదాపు 15 - 20 % భూబాగాన్ని బంగ్లాదేశ్ ఆక్రమించింది .

1863 జనవరి 12, సోమవారం! ఉదయం 6 గంటల 49 నిమిషాలు. కలకత్తాలో భువనేశ్వరీదేవి పండంటి మగబిడ్డను కన్నది. తండ్రి విశ్వనాథ్ దత్తా ఆ పిల్లాడికి నరేంద్రనాథ్ అనే పేరు పెట్టారు. నరేన్ అల్లరి గడుగ్గాయి. గిన్నెలు, చెట్లు, రాళ్లు - అన్నీ ఆ చిచ్చరపిడుగుకి ఆటవస్తువులే!

పిల్లల్లోని అంతర్గత అనంత శక్తే అల్లరిగా ఎగదన్నుకొస్తుంది. ఆ దివ్యశక్తిని వెలికి తీయడమెలాగో భువనేశ్వరికి తెలుసు. రెచ్చిపోయే నరేన్ నెత్తిపై శివ శివ అంటూ బిందెడు నీళ్లు గుమ్మరించేది. బుద్ధిగా ఆ పిల్లాడిని కూచోబెట్టేది. రామాయణ భారత శ్లోకాల్ని వల్లె వేయించేది. అందుకే ‘‘నాలోని మానసిక అభ్యుదయానికి, ధార్మిక శక్తికి, సంస్కారానికి మా అమ్మే కారణం’’ అనేవారు స్వామి వివేకానంద.

ఈశ్వరచంద్ర విద్యాసాగర్ నెలకొల్పిన బడిలో 1870లో నరేన్ ఒకటో తరగతిలో చేరాడు. చిన్నప్పుడే వేణీగుప్త, ఉస్తాద్ అహ్మద్‌ఖాన్ దగ్గర సంగీతం నేర్చుకున్నాడు. హార్మోనియం, ఫిడేల్‌పై పట్టు సాధించాడు. న్యాయవాది అయిన విశ్వనాథ్ దత్తా తన కొడుక్కి న్యాయశాస్త్రం, సైన్సు పుస్తకాల్ని ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా ఇస్తూండేవారు. ఉపనిషత్తుల్ని, పురాణాల్ని చదివిస్తూండేవారు. ఆయా విషయాలపై కావాలని వాదనపెట్టి చర్చిస్తూండేవారు.

ఏ విషయాన్నయినా తర్కంతో హేతుబద్ధంగా పరిశీలించే శక్తి నరేన్‌కి అలవడింది ఈ శిక్షణ వల్లనే!

చిన్నప్పటినుంచీ నరేంద్రుడికి ధ్యానం ఓ నిత్యక్రీడ. పద్మాసనం వేసుకుని కళ్లు మూసుకుని ధ్యానంలోకి వెళ్లిపోతే సమస్త ప్రపంచాన్నీ మరచిపోయేవాడు. అత్యంత తీక్షణమైన ఏకాగ్రత వివేకానందుడికి అబ్బింది ఈ ధ్యానం వల్లనే.

రోజూ వ్యాయామం చేసేవాడు. వస్తాదులా ఉండేవాడు. కర్రసాము, గుర్రపుస్వారీ, కుస్తీ, పడవ నడపడం, పరిగెత్తడం, ఈతకొట్టడం... ఒకటా రెండా అన్నింటిలోనూ ప్రవేశించడం, అంతు చూడటం... ఇదీ వరస! చివరకు పాకశాస్త్రంలో కూడా గరిటె తిప్పిన చెయ్యి నరేన్‌ది!

మరోపక్క హెర్బర్ట్ స్పెన్సర్, జాన్ స్టువర్ట్ మిల్, అగస్టె కామ్టె, అరిస్టాటిల్, డార్విన్ లాంటి పాశ్చాత్యుల గ్రంథాల్ని అధ్యయనం చేశాడు. దేశ చరిత్రల్ని, ప్రాక్పశ్చిమ తత్త్వశాస్త్రాల్ని, తర్కం, క్రైస్తవ మహ్మదీయ బౌద్ధమత గ్రంథాల్ని ఆకళించుకున్నాడు. వివిధ దేశాల్లో వివిధ పరిస్థితుల్లో మానవ సమాజాలు ఎలా పరిణామం చెందాయో అవగతం చేసుకున్నాడు.

అయితే భారతీయ సంస్కృతి, మతం, తత్త్వ చింతనలపై మమకారం ఓ వైపు; ఆధునిక విజ్ఞాన శాస్త్రాలు, హేతువాదం పట్ల మక్కువ మరోవైపు - ఈ రెంటి మధ్య నలిగి మధనపడ్డాడు. భగవంతుడు లేడనీ భౌతిక దృగ్విషయాలే సత్యాలనీ చెప్పే పాశ్చాత్య సైన్సులో లోపం ఉందని హృదయానికి అనిపించేది. సనాతన భారతీయ భావజాలం భౌతిక దృష్టి కొరవడి వక్రీకరణకు గురైందని బుద్ధికి తోచింది.

తత్ఫలితంగా ఏవో ఏవేవో ప్రశ్నలతో వేగిపోయేవాడు. ఏవో ఏవేవో ఘోషలతో ఊగిపోయేవాడు. సమాధానాల కోసం బ్రహ్మ సమాజంలో చేరాడు. అయినా సంతృప్తి లేదు.

నిర్వికల్ప సమాధి...

1881లో స్కాటిష్ చర్చి కాలేజీలో బీఏలో చేరాడు నరేంద్రుడు.

ఓ రోజు క్లాసులో ప్రిన్సిపాల్ విలియం హేస్టీ - వర్డ్స్‌వర్త్ కవిత ‘ది ఎక్స్‌కర్షన్’ గురించి చెబుతున్నారు. ఆ మాటల్లో ‘సమాధి అవస్థ అనే ఆత్మానందాన్ని అనుభవిస్తున్నది తనకు తెలిసి రామకృష్ణ పరమహంస’ అని హేస్టీ అన్నారు. నరేన్‌కి మెరుపులాంటి ఆలోచనొచ్చింది. వెంటనే కలకత్తాకి దగ్గర్లోని దక్షిణేశ్వరం వెళ్లాడు.

ఉసిరిచెట్టు కింద మాసిన గడ్డంతో ఒంటిపై ఒక్క అంగవస్త్రం తప్ప మరే ఆచ్ఛాదనా లేని అలౌకిక ధ్యానముద్రలో పరమహంస... దివ్యోన్మాదంతో కాళికాదేవి సాక్షాత్కారం కోసం నేలపై దొర్లి ఏడ్చి చివరకు భగవద్దర్శనం పొందిన పరమహంస... ప్రతిరోజూ గంగలో వెండి నాణాల్ని విసిరేసి ధనవ్యామోహం వదిలించుకున్న పరమహంస... బ్రాహ్మణుడే అయినా పంచముల ఇళ్లకు వెళ్లి, వారు చూడని సమయాల్లో వారి పాయిఖానాల్ని వొట్టి చేతులతో శుభ్రం చేసిన పరమహంస... సన్నిధిలోకి అడుగుపెట్టాడు నరేన్.

                                              

ఆయన పాడమంటే - కనులు మూసుకుని బాహ్య ప్రపంచాన్ని మరచిపోయి తన్మయీభావంతో గాన ధ్యాన సమాధ్యవస్థలో ‘‘మన్ చలో నిజనికేతన్’’ (మనసా! మన చోటుకి వెళ్లిపోదాం) అన్న కీర్తన పాడాడు. పాట వింటూ పరవశులైపోయారు పరమహంస.

హఠాత్తుగా నరేన్ చెయ్యి పట్టుకుని గదిలోకి తీసుకెళ్లి తలుపులేసేశారు. కళ్లల్లో ఆనంద భాష్పాలతో ‘‘ఇన్నాళ్లకు వచ్చావా?’’ అంటూ నరేన్‌ను స్పృశిస్తూ ఆర్ద్రమైపోయారు. అంతటి తాదాత్మ్యతలోనూ నిశ్శబ్దాన్ని చీలుస్తూ నరేంద్రుడు సూటిగా వదిలిన ప్రశ్నాబాణం - ‘‘మహాశయా! మీరు దేవుణ్ని చూశారా?’’ ఏమాత్రం తడుముకోకుండా ‘‘చూశాను’’ అన్నారు రామకృష్ణులు.

సంభ్రమాశ్చర్యానందాలతో నరేన్...

ఇన్నాళ్లుగా ఎందరెందరినో ఉన్మత్తుడిలా అడిగిన ప్రశ్న అది.

ఎన్నాళ్లుగానో చకోరంలా ఎదురుచూస్తున్న జవాబది.

మళ్లీ రామకృష్ణులు ‘‘నిన్ను చూస్తున్నట్లే భగవంతుణ్ని చూశాను. నేను నిన్ను ఇప్పుడు ఎలా చూస్తున్నానో అలాగే మనమూ భగవంతుణ్ని చూడొచ్చు’’ అన్నారు.

ఈ సంఘటన నరేన్ మనసులో గొప్ప విప్లవాగ్ని రగిలించింది.

గదులు, తలుపులు, కిటికీలు, చెట్లు, సూర్యచంద్రులు, నక్షత్రాలు - అన్నీ ఎగిరిపోతున్నట్లు, తునాతునకలై అణువులు పరమాణువులుగా విడిపోయి ఆకాశంలో లీనమైనట్లు అనిపించింది. నేను అనే మాయ మాయమై విశ్వ చైతన్యమే నేనుగా భాసించింది.

నరేంద్రుడు వివేకానందుడిగా మారడం మొదలైందప్పుడే! అప్పటినుంచి పరమహంస వద్దకు నిత్యం ఏవో ప్రశ్నలతో వెళ్తుండేవాడు. అప్పుడప్పుడు గురువుతో వాదించేవాడు. ఓ దశలో తానూ నిర్వికల్ప సమాధిని పొందాలన్నంత ఆవేశవశుడయ్యాడు.

కష్టాలెన్నో...

అంతలో 1884లో తండ్రి విశ్వనాథ్ దత్తా మరణించారు. అంతవరకు బాగా బతికిన కుటుంబం వీధినపడింది.

పెద్ద కొడుకుగా నరేన్‌పై ఇంటి భారం పడింది. ఆకలితో ఉత్తకాళ్లతో మండుటెండలో కాళ్లు బొబ్బలెక్కినా ఆఫీసుల చుట్టూ తిరగాల్సిన దీన స్థితి. ఇంటిలో అన్నం ఉండదని తెలిసి స్నేహితుల ఇళ్లల్లో తినేశానంటూ కన్నతల్లికే అబద్ధం చెప్పాల్సిన హీన స్థితి. డబ్బు సాయం చేస్తామంటూ ఒకరిద్దరు సంపన్న స్త్రీలు అతి జుగుప్సాకర ప్రతిపాదన చేస్తే ఛీకొట్టిన ధీర స్థితి.

చివరకు ఓ న్యాయవాది దగ్గర అనువాదం చేసే ఉద్యోగం దొరికింది - బొటాబొటీ జీతానికి! కానీ తాను జన్మించింది ఇందుకోసం కాదని తెలుసు. అలాగని బాధ్యతల నుంచి తప్పుకోలేననీ తెలుసు. సరిగ్గా అదే సమయంలో 1885లో రామకృష్ణులు గొంతు క్యాన్సర్‌కి గురయ్యారు. ఆయన నిర్యాణం చెందడానికి ముందురోజు నరేన్‌తో, ‘‘నేను ఇచ్చిన శక్తితో ప్రపంచానికి సేవ చెయ్యి’’ అన్నారు.

22 యేళ్ల లేత వయసులో ఉన్న నరేన్‌కి ఆ మాట రామబాణమైంది. తనవారిని విడిచిపెట్టేశాడు. తోటి శిష్యులతో కలిసి బారానగర్‌లో ఓ పాడుబడిన ఇంటిలో ‘రామకృష్ణమఠం’ స్థాపించారు. జపం, ధ్యానం, వేదాంత చర్చ, ఉంటే తిండి, లేకుంటే పస్తులు, చింపిరి దుస్తులు, కటిక నేలపై నిద్ర, యోగసాధన - రెండేళ్ల పాటు ఇదే జీవితం!

ఆపై సన్యాసం స్వీకరించి స్వామీ వివిదిశానందగా పేరు మార్చుకున్నారు. కాషాయవస్త్రాలు, నడుముకు దిట్టచేల, తలకు పాగా, ఓ చేతిలో కమండలం, మరో చేతిలో భగవద్గీత... ఇంతే! 1888 నుంచి 5 ఏళ్లపాటు భిక్షాటనంతో దేశాటనం. ఎన్నెన్ని ప్రాంతాలు తిరిగారో... పట్టణాల్లోని మురికివాడల్లో, పల్లెల్లోని పేదల గుడిసెల్లో... ఎక్కడెక్కడ సంచరించారో! వాస్తవ విషాద భారతదేశాన్ని కళ్లారా చూశారు.

వివేకవాణి...

చివరకు 1892 డిసెంబరు 25న కన్యాకుమారి చేరారు.

అది మూడు సముద్రాల కూడలి. భారతదేశపు చిట్టచివరి కొన... సముద్రంలో దూరంగా కొండ... సాగరాన్ని ఈది ఆ గుట్టను చేరారు స్వామి. అక్కడ విశాల వినీల ఆకాశం కింద ప్రశాంతంగా మౌనంలో ధ్యానంలో సాగర తరంగాల నిర్ణిద్ర సంగీతం వింటూ మూడు రోజులు గడిపారు.

ఆ కొండపై మాతృభూమికి అభిముఖంగా నిలబడితే ఎదురుగా వేదోపనిషత్తులకు, ధార్మికతకు, నైతికతకు పుట్టినిల్లయిన పునీత భారతదేశం... పారతంత్య్రం, దుర్భర దారిద్య్రం, కులమత విభేదాలు, అంతులేని అజ్ఞానం, నిస్తేజమైన యువత తనకోసం బతకడమే బతుకు అని భ్రమిస్తూ నిర్వీర్యమైపోతున్న భరతజాతి... తలచుకుంటే స్వామికి గుండె తరుక్కుపోయింది. నయనాలు రెండూ అశ్రుసాగరాలయ్యాయి.

తన విధ్యుక్త ధర్మం తెలిసొచ్చింది.

‘‘పేదల్లో పీడితుల్లో అంధుల్లో కుష్టురోగుల్లో ప్లేగు బాధితుల్లో... భగవద్దర్శనం అయ్యింది. ప్రాచీన భారతీయంలో దాగిన పటిష్ఠ నైతిక సూత్రాల్ని, ధార్మికతలోని శీల నిర్మాణాన్ని ఈ దేశంలోనే కాదు ప్రపంచ శిఖరాగ్రాన నిలబడి ఎలుగెత్తి చాటాలి. వేదాంత శంఖం పూరించాలి. ఇదే నా జీవిత కార్యం’’ అని అనుకున్నారు స్వామీజీ.

చికాగో (అమెరికా)లో జరగబోయే విశ్వమత సదస్సును ప్రథమ వేదిక చేసుకున్నారు. వివేకానందుడిగా పేరు మార్చుకుని 1893 మే 31న బొంబాయి తీరంలో బయలుదేరారు. ఆగస్టు 20కి చికాగో చేరుకున్నారు.

1893 సెప్టెంబర్ 11. విశ్వమత మహా సభాప్రాంగణం.

వేదికపై స్వామి వివేకానంద.

అయిదడుగుల ఎనిమిదంగుళాల పొడగరి. విశాలమైన నుదురు, వెడల్పయిన నేత్రాలు. తీక్షణమైన చూపులు. బలమైన ఛాతి. నిండైన విగ్రహం. మళ్లీ మళ్లీ చూడాలనిపించే రూపం. రాజఠీవి. దర్పం. సరస్వతీదేవికి నమస్కరించి, ‘‘అమెరికా సోదర సోదరీమణులారా’’ అంటూ ప్రసంగం ప్రారంభం. అంతే. ఆ ఒక్క పిలుపుతోనే 7000 మంది ఒక్కసారిగా లేచి నిలబడి రెండు నిమిషాల పాటు కరతాళ ధ్వనులతో పులకించిపోయారు.

ఆ క్షణం నుంచి ఏడేళ్ల పాటు వివేకానందుడు అమెరికా, ఇంగ్లండ్, భారత్... ఇంకా అనేకానేక ప్రాంతాల్లో వివేకవాణి వినిపించారు. 1902 జూలై 4 శుక్రవారం రాత్రి 39వ యేట తనువు చాలించారు. ‘కాలక్రమంలో ఎందరో వివేకానందులు ఉద్భవిస్తారు’ అన్నది ఆయన ఆఖరిమాట. స్వామీ! ఈ దేశంలోని యువతీ యువకులందరి కండరాల్లోని ప్రతికణంలోనూ నీ దేహపు ప్రత్యణువునీ ప్రవహించనీ. నిప్పు కణికలై ప్రజ్వరిల్లనీ. అపుడే... నీ స్వప్నం నిజమవుతుంది. ఈ స్వర్గం రుజువవుతుంది.

రామకృష్ణ పరమహంస వద్ద నాలుగేళ్ల శుశ్రూషలో నరేంద్రుడు నేర్చుకున్నవి ఎన్నో! ప్రాచీన కాలపు గ్రీసులో సోక్రటీసు గొప్ప గురువు. ప్లేటో గొప్ప శిష్యుడు. మళ్లీ మానవ చరిత్ర పరిణాహంలో గురువంటే రామకృష్ణుడు. శిష్యుడంటే వివేకానందుడు. భారతదేశాన్ని చదవాలంటే వివేకానందుణ్ని చదివితే చాలు. శ్రద్ధ, నిస్వార్ధమే శిష్యరికానికి గీటురాళ్లని, దరిద్ర నారాయణసేవే పరమధర్మమని ఆయన అన్నారు.

కర్మ, భక్తి, రాజ, జ్ఞాన యోగాలపై ఆయన చేసిన రచనలు ఆత్మశక్తిని వెలికితీసే ఆయుధాలు. గాంధీ లాంటి అహింసామూర్తులకూ, సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్, అరవింద్ ఘోష్, జతిన్‌దాస్‌లాంటి అతివాదులకూ వివేకానందుడి మాటలే బాటలయ్యాయి.

మత హింస నిరోధక బిల్లు 2011 భారత రాజ్యాంగానికి వ్యతిరేకమైనది హిందువులను అణచివేసే బిల్లు

హిందువులకు కనిపించే రేపటి దృశ్యం ఇలా ..

దేశంలో మత ఘర్షణలను నివారించాలన్న కుంటిసాకుతో శ్రీ మతి సోనియాగాంధీ అధ్యక్షతన గల జాతీయ సలహా మండలి మతపరమైనలక్ష్యిత  హింస నిరోధక బిల్లు 2011ను ప్రతిపాదించింది. ఈ బిల్లు పార్లమెంట్ ముందుకు రాబోతుంది .

 

బిల్లు పై నిరసనలు :- 10 సెప్టెంబర్ 2011న  జాతీయ సమైక్యతా మండలి  సమావేశంలో వివిధ పార్టీలకు చెందిన ముక్యమంత్రులు ఈ బిల్లు ఫెడరల్ స్పూర్తికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉందని తీవ్రంగా వ్యతిరేకించారు. ప్రముఖ దినపత్రికలు, రాజకీయ విశ్లేషకులు వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ వ్యాసాలు రాసారు.

బిల్లులో ఏముంది? :-  

1)  మతపరమైన అల్ప సంఖ్యాక వర్గాలు- అంటే ముస్లింలు,క్రైస్తవులు 

2) బాషపరంగా అల్ప సంఖ్యాక వర్గాలు 

3) షెడ్యుల్డ్ కులాలు, తెగలు- 

ఈ మూడువర్గాల ప్రజలపై దాడులు జరిగినట్లయితే వారికి సహాయక పూనరవాస కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టి దాడులు చేసిన వారికీ కటిన  శిక్షలు  సత్వరంగా పడేటట్లు చేయడం. హిందువుల పై ఈ తరహా దాడులు జరిగితే ఈ చట్టం వర్తించదు.

భారత రాజ్యాంగ స్పూర్తికి వ్యతిరేకమైన బిల్లు :- 

భారత రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం మతము, కులము, బాష లింగ వివక్షలకు అతీతంగా చట్టం ముందు అందరు సమానమే. అందరికి సమాన అవకాశాలు సమన హక్కులు సమన రక్షణ రాజ్యాంగం ప్రజలందరికి ప్రసాదించింది. ఒక వర్గపు ప్రజలు వేరొక వర్గపు ప్రజలపై చేసే దాడిని మత ఘర్షణగా పేర్కొనడానికి బదులు మైనారిటీలపై జరిగే దాడులనే మత ఘర్షణగా ఈ బిల్లు పేర్కొనడం భారత రాజ్యాంగానికి పూర్తిగా వ్యతిరేకం. 

 హిందు వ్యతిరేక బిల్లు :- 

దేశంలో మత ఘర్షణలకు ఎల్లపుడు హిందువులే అనే భావన కలిగించడం అంటే హిందుత్వాన్ని అవమానిచడం. ఈ బిల్లు ద్వారా చట్టపరంగా హిందువులను గురిపెట్టడం అంటే హిందువులని అనచివేయడమే.

మహిళలందారు సమానం కాదా? 
ఎ మతానికి చెందిన మహిళ అవమానానికి గురైన నిందితుడిని శిక్షించాలి. ఈ బిల్లు ప్రకారం ఒక ముస్లిం హిందు స్త్రీని అవమానిస్తే అ హిందువు శిక్షార్హుడవుతాడు. అదే ఒక ముస్లిం హిందూ స్త్రీని అవమానిస్తే మాత్రం ఈ చట్టం ప్రకారం అ ముస్లిం శిక్షార్హుడు కాడు. ఇంతవరకు క్రిమినల్ చట్టాలు మతఃలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా ప్రజలందరికీ సమానంగా వర్తించబడేవి. ఈ బిల్లు అమలులోకి వస్తే హిందువులకి ఓ క్రిమినల్ చట్టం,ముస్లింలకి మరొక క్రిమినల్ చట్టం అమలులోకి వస్తాయి. ఇదేమి న్యాయం? 

9 reasons why the Communal Violence Bill is itself communal: Firstpost Analysis

For sheer gall, there’s nothing to beat the draft Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011. If allowed to become law in its current form, it will not only exacerbate communalism, but also destroy the foundations of our federal structure. Here are nine reasons why the Bill must be jettisoned lock, stock and barrel and a new drafting committee comprising all major political parties set up in its place to prepare an alternative.

First, it is surprising why an unelected body like the National Advisory Council (NAC), which is home to Sonia Gandhi groupies, was allowed to draft a Bill that is so crucial to communal harmony. This is a Bill that requires a national consensus, and getting a bunch of Congress-leaning activists to masquerade as the voice of civil society is nonsense.
Second, the Bill is itself communal in nature. According to a key definition on the people who are presumably the focus of targeted violence, “group” means a religious or linguistic minority, in any state in the Union of India, or Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST)….”. If you take away that fact that religious minorities and the SC/STs between them account for over 40% of the total population, the Bill cleverly posits that the other 60% (which may include upper castes Hindus, other backward castes and some miscellaneous groups) are the only people capable of targeted violence. Are we saying 40% can never target 60%, given that these numbers are distributed all over the country?

Take the case of Punjab and Kerala. In Punjab, the Sikhs constitute a slim majority of the population, but with an SC/ST share of close to a third (and, therefore, excluded from the definition of people who can target violence against some group), we have the situation where the majority (Hindus and SC/ST Sikhs) is supposedly being targeted by upper crust Sikhs (the majority minorities). This is hilarious.

The same in the case in Kerala, where the nominal Hindu population is around 55%. But when you take the SC/ST population out of the Hindu total, Hindus are by no stretch of imagination the majority, according to this Bill. So a minority (Hindus minus SC/STs) will be targeting other minorities.

Clearly, the Bill is not meant to tackle communalism, but to divide the people further into majorities and minorities, with only the latter being privileged enough to be considered a victim of targeted violence.

Third, the NAC draft is clearly driven by just one – admittedly important – case of communal violence: Gujarat in 2002. Any law that is drawn up on the basis of one outlier incident is likely to be draconian and foolish. The Bill is clearly targeted against the Sangh Parivar (no quarrel with that, as long they weren’t the only ones targeted) when the objective should be to prevent communal violence of any kind. But were the 1992 riots in Mumbai and the 1993 blasts the result of Hindu conspiracy? Were all the blasts that took place in India the last decade (barring the ones perpetrated by a bunch of extreme Hindu organisations in Malegaon) the result of upper caste violence against the minorities or the reverse? Let’s also not forget that the country’s worst communal riots did not happen during BJP watch (Gujarat in the late 1960s, and the 1984 anti-Sikh riots). The only case of gigantic ethnic cleansing in India happened in Kashmir, where the majority drove out the Pandits (albeit with help from across the border).

Fourth, the NAC draft Bill, if it is passed like anything in its present form, will destroy the federal character of the Indian Union. Law and order is a state subject, and so any law that seeks to take this right away and shift it to the Centre is unconstitutional. If passed, the law will stoke the fires of sub-regionalism since regional chauvinists will cite the reduction of state powers as reason to advocate secessionism. It will create Kashmirs out of every Indian state that is not ruled by the Congress.

Fifth, the Bill will seek to create a National Authority of Communal Harmony, Justice and Reparation (NachJar) with a seven-member panel that will effectively be unaccountable to anyone. It is supposed to be selected by a panel that includes the Prime Minister, the Home Minister, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, and nominees of all the national political parties (there are seven of them – Congress, BJP, CPI, CPM, BSP, RJD and NCP). It’s not clear if the Congress and BJP will have additional representation (from the party side) since they already have ex-officio seats as PM, Home Minister and leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha.

Since the selection of NachJar will be my majority vote, all the Congress needs is an understanding with three of the other members to pack the Authority with its own choices.

But once in office, it will be almost impossible to oust any member since they can be removed only by a presidential order, and that too on grounds of proven misbehaviour or functional incapacity and that, too, after a detailed inquiry is held. No member can be removed for partiality or failing to do his duty. Since four of the seven members have to be women and one a member of the SC/ST, it is anybody’s guess who will dare take them on.

In short, we will have a NachJar that is essentially unelected, unaccountable, and unmoveable.

Sixth, the Bill will facilitate central intervention against state governments that are from opposition parties, says columnist Swapan Dasgupta. Consider this situation. A few years ago, there were a few attacks on churches in Karnataka. The Yeddyurappa government was slow in responding to the threat initially, but soon he made amends. If an HR Bharadwaj were the arbiter in this case, it would have been goodbye Yeddyurappa. One is not holding a brief for the Karnataka Chief Minister, but surely the centre cannot act in an area where it is not empowered to. A clause in the Bill also says that the provisions will apply to all states barring Kashmir, where it needs the special permission of the state government. That’s because of Article 370. But shouldn’t elected governments be shown the same consideration in other states? The jholawalas of NAC appear to have decided that since they can’t dismiss inconvenient governments at will due to the lack of a Rajya Sabha majority, the Communal Violence Bill should come in handy. They have neatly avoided all centre-state issues by pretending that communal violence is beyond the law.

Seventh, the Bill seeks to bring in through the back door the doctrine of “command responsibility”, as this blogger in “offstumped.in” makes clear. This is the route through which the secular mafia tried to bring Narendra Modi to book, but if this idea is to be taken to its logical conclusion, we should accept that Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi were responsible for the 2G and Commonwealth scams. One is the Prime Minister and the other his party boss and remote-control holder. But everyone is busy singing their praises in the face of the worst corruption scandal in Indian economic history. The doctrine of command responsibility does not sit well with the idea of decision-making errors. A wrong decision can be taken by any minister or bureaucrat several times in his career. There may even be political compulsions, and the Congress is fond of telling us. Unless we want to bring all decision-making to a halt, no one will take any risks. We will do everything by the book, and the country will go down the drain from decision paralysis – which is what is happening to the Manmohan Singh government in the wake of all the publicity given to the 2G scam.

Eighth, the Bill puts civil servants squarely in the firing line. While there is no doubt that civil servants who don’t do their duty (examples are Gujarat, the anti-Sikh riots of 1984, the 2G scam, and West Bengal’s Nandigram fiasco), there is only one measly clause saying no public servant shall be prosecuted for actions taken in good faith. But clause 13 gives the game away by listing a whole host of crimes that civil servants may be hauled up for under the head “Dereliction of duty.” They do not even have a copout saying they were following orders, for they have to judge if the orders were lawful or not – a difficult decision to make in the fog of a crisis situation.

Now, try and apply this situation in Kashmir, where stone-pelting mobs are damaging property and don’t heed the call of the police. What is the right decision that  a politician or civil servant will take? If he fires and saves the property, it may be called excessive use of force. Or even communal bias. In Gujarat, keeping quiet when the mobs were burning and killing was not an answer. But in Kashmir it is fine, is it?

Ninth, here is a simple issue: majority and minority are contextual. One may be a minority in one context, and a minority in another. Hindus may be a majority in India, but a minority in Kashmir or the north-east. But even within minorities, there are further minorities. The apostate, the gay, women rights activists, and modernists are all minorities within minorities.

The bottomline is this. This is not a Bill drafted in good faith. When you have cherry-picked the categories you want to nail through the Communal Violence Bill, is it any wonder you have come up with a definition that fits the Congress’ political rivals?

Ignorant, incompetent or irresponsible?; Dr Praveen Bhai Togadia

AGAIN Jehadi terror struck Delhi! Around three months back, in Delhi Court itself there was a powerful blast and the learned Home Minister with the Donald Duck smile promised Bharat that there would be proper security. There wasn’t, of course! Who has time to secure the nation, anyways! Those who are supposed to ensure the safety and security of the nation by strengthening hands of army, police etc, are busy misusing their good offices in bad-mouthing and persecuting Hindus, common people and old social workers.

Truly learned people from all walks of life have been alerting all Government that the menace of Jehadi terrorism will gobble
up Bharat very soon. But No! Most Governments including the Centre have been purposely ignoring such well-meaning warnings. Are they really ignorant about the entire ideology behind Jehadi terrorism? Does not seem so. The intelligence agencies of Bharat are smart and well informed. They are aware of the indoctrination being done in many countries – some neighbouring ones – of the youth towards killing those who are not like them. The internet is full of provocative messages and even Jehadi recruitment sites. From the USA to Germany
– all have been alerting Bharat that the Jehadis no more look like the typical stereotype! They may have a foreign colour of skin, eyes and hair. David Headly is a glaring example. Internal agencies may have millions of dockets on domestic modules of Jehadi outfits and about their nexus with the international ones. But yet the Goliath is sleeping. Not really!

People who run the government are not as ignorant as they would like to show! After each blast like a junior constable, the Donald Duck smile gives details of how many dies, how many injured and with the same clichéd line – we can not tell who really did it. Obviously! If he tells who really did it, he would lose his job and his party thinks it may lose a minority vote bank. So they have now crossed that stage of showing ignorance and entered the dark zone of incompetence!

Being incompetent is easier for such people. They really do not have to be accountable to anything! People die; many lose their legs, hands and therefore – their livelihoods; families collapse under sorrow and drudgery of living; nation is permanently terrorized as wanted by the Jehadis! But incompetent people have no action to face. They do not lose their jobs, legs, hands, lives. They become a party to indirectly terrorize the nation by issuing mere alerts. Shamelessly the Donald Duck smile says – ‘we had an alert in July about High Court attack.’ Can there be anyone more incompetent than this? Knowing well, experiencing the attack in the similar area once, not even a CCTV there? Such people rattle the same sentences after every blast! Be it Mumbai or Delhi or Pune or anywhere!

They found out a new way to cover up their incompetent behaviour – they send NIA to each place wherever there is any blast. Not to really find out the real culprits but to ensure that Hindus and Hindu organizations are implicated in the attacks. They try to distract the well meaning local state investigating agencies and throw the probe in limbo so that the Jehadis are never punished but Hindus are implicated.

They may be gaining a few votes by doing it but in the long run not only they will lose the majority votes but they would also lose the power – because Jehadis will over power the government, media, judiciary and administration. The makings of this are evident in many places from Kashmir to many districts of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Keral–so to say–in every state! But Donald Duck smile’s leader is busy visiting Bangladesh showering on it goodies like 24 X 7 unchecked entry into Bharat (as if they waited until now! That’s the route Jehadis have been taking and Bharat’s intelligence agencies must be having enough proofs!), giving away 600+ acre Bharat’s land to Bangladesh (as if it is his personal property!), trying to compromise on Teesta river water and what not! It is truly a shame that when such a powerful nation’s head is visiting Bangladesh, the Jehadi groups grown in the very Bangladesh blast Bharat’s High Court in the capital! Is it a height of being incompetent?

Well, no! Being ignorant can damage the nation, but one can not doubt the intentions. Being incompetent can damage the nation more and it seems the voters should now create and raise the efficiency bars even for the ‘netas’ they choose! But yet being incompetent is not the Government’s fault – it is just like that! May be unfit for the job!

But, being irresponsible is intentional! It is killing someone with a purpose and the Governments are doing this with majority of Bharat! Killing Sanaatani Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Scheduled Castes, OBCs, Tribals…. Knowingly! They know that Jehadi modules have been growing in Bharat with the help of the same Pakistan and Bangladesh with whom they claim to do dialogue! When a person is caught for a murder, the nexus or contact that the person has with the dead person is checked. If confirmed, the crime is confirmed. Here, many political leaders are seen appeasing known separatist Jehadi groups. Then, when such groups strike and people of Bharat are killed, why should not be such hob-nobbers arrested? ‘Get blasted every now and then and get used to it’ is a highly irresponsible way to run the Government. Same happened in Kashmir, Assam, Tripura, Manipur etc and now all over Bharat!

Bharat’s majority is not born to tolerate such irresponsibility from anyone, however mighty he or she may be! Over 1000 years, Bharat fought against invaders and now even in the chosen democracy, if the majority has to get killed by the similar Jehadis because the rulers are irresponsible and bend for votes, then Bharat’s majority will democratically and peacefully focus on protecting itself without getting distracted or deviated by any euphoric dreams of pseudo reforms, development etc or by any so-called utopian social movements that do not ensure basic safety. Bharat knows how to protect itself. And Bharat will. Because Bharat has its own very strong ideology that is much more total and fulfilling that the Jehadi indoctrination or than the opportunistic populist pseudo secularism due to which with a clumsy smile most politicians rattle figures as to how many per cent jobs had been given by them to the minority and so on. Majority is no more amused by such histrionics. Majority of Bharat wants strong systems that do not bend before Jehadis either for votes or for money or for cheap publicity. And Bharat knows how to set such systems without ignorant, incompetent and irresponsible people.
